Spicy Pork Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin (thin, wide slices like bulgogi)
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves,crushed
  • 2 sprigs onion (chopped)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 3 tablespoons red pepper paste (kochujang)
  • 2 tablespoons korean red pepper flake
Direcetion : Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for best result or a minimum of 1 hour. Cook over with medium heat in frying pan and stir occasionally until its well done or browned then serve with boil rice.
***With this recipe it doesn't taste that spicy for me. So I will normally add Thai dried chilli crushed when I marinate it. You can do either chicken, pork or beef the result is still yummy. I often deep fry it instead of stir fry. My friend liked it and always asked me to cook this. Hope you enjoy :)



Thai deep fried chicken with chilli oil

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Spring Onion Slice
- Onion
Slice
- Dried Chilli
Chop half
- Cashew nuts cooked
- garlics chopped
- Chilli Oil
- Thai Oyter Sauce

- Plain Flour

- Cook oil
- Sugar
- Carrot Slice

* I do not believe cooking by measure cuz whenever I cook by measure it tends to get worse and doesn't taste right.

Direction : slice chicken breast to a medium size. And mix it with plain flour ready to cook in deep hot oil. Reheat the pan with cook oil then leave it until the oil is hot then put the chicekn in it and leave it until it turns to brown, leave it separetely to cool down. In another fryer pan, put 4 spoontable of oil in the pan then put the garlic (no dot let it burn) then put all vegestables that have been sliced into the pan, stir it until it cook then put thai oyter sauce in it, chilli oil and a little bit of sugar. (Oyter sauce and chilli oil are quite salty so you don't need to put a lot) then put the chicken you in it and stir well until the ingredient mix together and try. This dish is not my signature dish but its one of the famous dish in Thailand and everybody love it. You can use any other meats its depend on you. Preferable Chicken cuz chicken does a better job than the other meat lol. Enjoy............
